Elaine takes you on a visual walk through the digestive system stopping to talk about the impact of nutrient free foods and certain medications on your ability to digest.

Topics such as billiary (gall bladder) health are addressed. Connections are made between poor digestion and pancreatic function as well as immune system challenges. You will not only learn anatomy and physiology of digestion but you will make connections to disorders of the digestive tract such as yeast and how to use proper nutrition and digestion to improve overall health.

The course is segmented into small blocks for ease of learning with key facts written on screen to help you place certain concepts into your long term memory.

Elaine combines 45 years of studying, 25 years as a Naturopathic Doctor, 30 years as a Nurse and 20 years of teaching natural health to gather the information presented at this seminar. She lives a heartfelt life in upstate New York on her family “farm” and enjoys all types of creating, gardening and grandchildren.
