When you hear the word cholesterol, what do you think?
-
Most people think low is best, LDL is bad, HDL is good.
-
That is the problem! We have been marketed to believe these concepts.
-
By looking at the body, its needs, and science, we will quickly see that the focus on these numbers alone is a huge mistake that will cause long-term damage to the body.
-
I would like to share simplified physiology with you so that you too can understand and determine what the truth is.
-
I also want to prepare you with the ability to talk to your doctor about the science backing your conversation rather than fear.
In this course, you will learn:
-
Simplified interpretation of this complex subject.
-
The types of cholesterol and their roles.
-
Information about in depth testing.
-
When you should worry.
-
What to do before you panic.
-
An understanding of the dietary impact on the numbers.
-
How to talk to your doctor.
-
What really needs to be changed. (if anything)
